Trauma Ambassador Program
Trauma related support in the form of educational programs, QI program assistance, and transfer packets are taken to local emergency providers. A designated ambassador is assigned to area hospitals and the opportunity to shadow a Trauma Nurse is available. The JPS Trauma Resource Hotline for acute ER to ER trauma transfers, 817-923-3875 or 100-575-0639, expedites the transfer process, benefiting both the patient and referring facility.
