Dr. Ojha is the Director of the Center for Outcomes Research and an Adjunct Associate Professor in the Department of Biostatistics and Epidemiology at the University of North Texas Health Science Center School of Public Health. He has a Doctor of Public Health in epidemiology and completed a Postdoctoral Fellowship in Biostatistics at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute/Harvard Cancer Center.

Following two years of active duty as an officer in the US Army, he held positions at Parkland Health & Hospital System, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas, Community Council of Greater Dallas, and the Dallas Health Department.
