Overview
As the largest medical training institution in Fort Worth, learning and residency training are the heart of the mission of JPS Health Network – to make lives better. Ten academic residency programs exist at JPS to meet the health care needs of Tarrant County.
JPS residents receive training in a wide variety of skills, receive lectures from nationally recognized leaders, and actively participate in research and scholarly activity.

- Emergency Medicine
- Family Medicine (Rated a Top Residency)
- Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (Intern program only.)

- Hospital Pharmacy (PGY1)
- Ambulatory Care Pharmacy (PGY2)
JPS serves as the participating institution for two academic affiliates:
