A Pre-Proposal Conference will be conducted at 1400 South Main Street on 11-19-2019, 3:00 p.m. CST, in the IT Conference Room located 1400 S. Main Street, Fort Worth, TX 76104.

The Tarrant County Hospital District dba JPS Health Network (hereinafter referred to as the “District”) is seeking to solicit proposals for the provision of Help Desk Support Services for the District.

The District will reject any proposal that fails to comply in all respects with the instructions set forth herein for responding to this RFP/RFB.  NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE, even if you are a current or prior vendor for the District. The contract awarded, if any, under and pursuant to this RFP/RFB shall supersede any previous contract, bid or GPO agreement for the products or services described herein.
