The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a free, confidential counseling and referral service designed to help JPS team members resolve personal and work-related issues that may affect your job performance or quality of life. The EAP is available and free of charge to JPS team members and their immediate families. If you are unsure about your eligibility, please call the EAP.

Employee Virtual Care

JPS is partnering with American Well to offer team members and dependents access to a new Employee Virtual Care clinic. The service is ideal when you need medical advice to be convenient and quick. Now you can schedule an online doctor visit for urgent medical needs for you and your family.

On September 19, 2023, Tarrant County Commissioners Court will adopt the Tarrant County Hospital District’s FY 24 proposed budget and tax rate. The Commissioners Court has proposed a tax rate of $0.1945 which is below the no-new-revenue rate and will collect less taxes than the previous tax year.
