Research Interests

My research aims to improve patient care and systems outcomes in HIV prevention, treatment, and associated complications. I am particularly interested in developing and testing strategies that can be used to effectively implement evidence-based interventions to support HIV prevention and treatment programs. My current research interests include:

  • HIV Pre-exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP)
  • HIV-associated comorbidities and complications
  • Quality of care and health services use for people living with HIV

Importance to Patient Care

The evidence generated from my research may be used to inform clinical practice and increase the uptake of evidence-based approaches into real-world clinical settings to improve health outcomes.
