If you have an upcoming speaking engagement, please consider donating your honorarium to the JPS Foundation to support excellence in patient care and future JPS initiatives.

 

Asking your host to make a donation in your honor supports the JPS Health Network and simplifies the process by allowing you to avoid completing an IRS W-8 or W-9 taxable income form. The JPS Foundation will recognize your generosity by adding a soft credit to your total recorded donations.

 

If you would like to redirect your honorarium to a worthy cause and avoid additional taxable income, please download and complete the Honorarium and Speakers’ Fees Donation Form and provide it to the organization that is your host. Forms may be emailed to the JPS Foundation at jpsfoundation@jpshealth.org.

TARRANT COUNTY HOSPITAL DISTRICT ADOPTED A TAX RATE THAT WILL RAISE MORE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS THAN LAST YEAR'S TAX RATE.
THE TAX RATE WILL EFFECTIVELY BE RAISED BY 1.98% PERCENT AND WILL RAISE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS ON A $100,000 HOME BY APPROXIMATELY $0.10.
