Men’s Wellness Day is a community-focused event designed to encourage men to take charge of their health through free screenings, education, and hands-on wellness services. Free Health Screenings

Men’s Mental Health Session
Hosted by the JPS Behavioral Health Team
10 – 11 a.m.
This session opens the conversation around stress, emotional wellness, and mental health challenges that men often face in silence. Learn practical tools for managing stress, building resilience, and knowing when to seek support.
Taking Charge of Your Health Q&A
Hosted by Dr. Razaq Badamosi, MD, FCCP, Vice President, Network Chief Quality Officer
Noon – 1 p.m.
This session highlights the importance of preventive care and healthy lifestyle choices. Includes a Q&A designed to give community members real answers to real health questions.
Stop the Bleed Training
Hosted by JPS Trauma Services
11 a.m. – Noon
1 – 2 p.m.
A nationally recognized life-saving initiative that teaches simple, effective techniques to control severe bleeding. Participants will learn how to apply pressure, pack wounds, and use tourniquets. These are skills that can save a life before emergency responders arrive.
