No. Being in the JPS Nurse Residency Program means you are employed full-time. This program is not for clinical hours. It is for first-time nursing professionals.
While our program is educational and designed for our Nurse Residents to learn and grow, this is not an educational program with credits that you receive.
Most Nurse Residents work the night shifts during the 12-month program. Schedules vary and largely depend on the needs of the unit/division.
