We are thrilled to have you join our growing team of healthcare professionals. Our goal is to ensure your orientation and onboarding experience is meaningful, positive, and sets you up for success. As you prepare for your first day and week, here is everything you need to know to help you start strong.
Orientation is on Monday
When & Where
Orientation is held on Mondays
Time: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m
Arrival: Please allow sufficient time to find parking and utilize the shuttle service.

4th Floor
Fort Worth, TX 76104
Take the elevator to the 4th floor, turn right down the hall, and enter the Pride Room. Please sign in once you enter.
Getting Here
Park in Temporary Offsite Lots C, D, or E, the designated team members' sections of Lot A (back portion only), or the Overflow Parking Lot.
Any JPS Shuttle Bus will take you to JPOC 1350 from these parking locations.
Parking in non-designated areas may result in a warning or a $25 ticket from JPS Security.
Find Your Track
Your track determines what days you’ll attend orientation during your first week.
If you’re in Clinical Education, watch for an email from Clinical by the Friday before orientation.
If you are unsure of your track, check the PDF above or ask your Talent Associate.
Know Before You Go
Lunch: Lunch is provided during Orientation. *For vegetarian or gluten-free requests, email JPSOnboarding@jpshealth.org before your Orientation date.
What to Wear:
- Business Casual for non-clinical staff (no jeans).
- Scrubs if in a clinical setting. Refer to the Scrub Color Guide (PDF).
What to Bring:
- Bring two forms of ID for I-9 verification.

Health & Safety:
Masks are optional — please wear one if you're feeling unwell. Hand sanitizer will be available.
Inclement Weather:
If inclement weather conditions arise, expect an email update from JPSOnboarding by 5:00 p.m. the Sunday before Orientation. If Orientation moves online, you will receive a Zoom link to attend virtually.
