Location: Tarrant County Hospital District d/b/a JPS Health Network located directly across the street from: 200 W Feliks Gwozdz Place, Fort Worth, TX 76104

Respondents planning to attend the Pre-Proposal Conference should RSVP no later than July 1, 2024, via email to jmorado@jpshealth.org.

Interested parties will meet at the Planning Design & Construction (PDC) office and travel to the actual site for the walkthrough.

 

Description

Pursuant to the provisions in Section 2269 of the Texas Government Code (“Chapter 2269”) and related laws, the Tarrant County Hospital District d/b/a JPS Health Network (the “District”) is seeking Proposals ("Proposals") from interested parties (“Respondents”) qualified and experienced in providing general contractor services for Acclaim 8th Avenue X-Ray Replacement (the “Project”).  The District will use the Competitive Sealed Proposal method and will choose the Respondent who offers the best value to the District based on the evaluation criteria described in this RFP. Services required consist of preconstruction and construction phase services as more fully described in Section 1.2.

The selected Respondent must furnish all labor, materials and equipment required for the construction of the following improvements: X-Ray equipment replacement and associated room renovations and repairs to support new equipment located at 1250 8th Avenue, Suite 600, Fort Worth, Texas 76104, as outlined in the construction drawings provided through this posted RFP.
