Respondents planning to attend the Pre-Proposal Conference should RSVP in writing no later than Friday, May 8, 2026. Send RSVP’s to bid_submissions@jpshealth.org. Any Respondent who submits a Proposal without attending the scheduled Pre-Proposal Conference does so at their own risk.

Location: Trinity Springs Pavilion (TSP), 1600 May Street, Fort Worth, TX 76104. Please meet in the lobby.  A site visit will be performed immediately following.

Respondents planning to attend the Pre-Proposal Conference should RSVP, in writing, no later than Friday, May 15, 2026. Send RSVP’s to bid_submissions@jpshealth.org. Any Respondent who submits a Proposal without attending the scheduled Pre-Proposal Conference does so at their own risk.  An Addendum to the contract will be published on or around Wednesday, May 27, 2026.  It will include specific floor replacement details and plumbing scope.
