Hear From Our Fellows
"To me the thing that stands out the most about the culture here at JPS is that the staff truly puts our patients at the center of the decisions made; both from a clinical and a business perspective. I believe the people here are committed to the JPS mission of transforming healthcare delivery to the community."
Joshua Lewis
2025-2026 Administrative Fellow
"The culture at JPS impressed me from day one. The leaders focus on bringing out the best elements of your professional skillset while helping you further develop in other areas. You are surrounded by like-minded individuals who want nothing more than to see you win. At JPS, colleagues regard you as though you matter and as if your impact adds to the organization's success. This is what a positive work environment feels like. This is JPS."
Kenneth Coulter
2025-2026 Administrative Fellow
"What has stood out to me most about JPS’s culture is how open, welcoming, and genuinely invested everyone has been, from frontline staff to senior leadership. From the beginning I’ve felt encouraged to ask questions, share ideas, and actively get involved. The leadership team goes out of their way to ensure we’re not just observers, but contributors, and that we walk away from this experience having truly learned and grown. It’s clear that JPS is committed to developing healthcare leaders who care deeply about patients, prioritize quality, and embrace innovation."
